some sort of service for my computer. I did receive a prior call, about 4 days ago in the evening, same co. Told them not to call again. Asked him to day if he knew about 'Do Not Call'.. He hung up, no apology.

Something about a computer virus in Windows when I go to a website or open an e-mail. Indian or Pakistani accent; very difficult to understand him even when I asked him to spell name of company.

Caller indicated that they were hired by Microsoft and that my computer had a virus. They wanted me to perform various functions on my computer but told caller I was not able to access the computer at this time and would have my son call them back later. I was given the following call back number 888-514-1650

One-Stop ER Kit for computer repair of purported viruses. Approximate value was $80-100. Caller attempted to acquire computer information from home desktop computer. Caller claimed to be from a third-party support provider. This firm has called before (2 times) within the past 2 months. They do not honor my request to never contact me again.
