The man who called me said that he was from my bank (he mentioned the name of the bank). He also mentioned the name of a company I used to have. He said that in order to keep talking to me, I needed to verify my address. I said, "No. I am not giving you any information." Then, he said that later, I was going to receive another call from my bank, and he hung up.

Nick Powers claiming I had a deadline to contact him or else... called my daughter, said i had put her down as a relative, never have put her down as a realtive... i see others say it is national city

called to tell me I had 4 days to contact them before they take action, leaving this message on the answering machine for everyone to hear. Thanks National City for the violation of my rights. Time to take action against them.

Said he was from National City and we missed a credit card payment. Not the case. Has called numerous time.

These people have resorted to calling neighbors and trying to get info on us.. This has to stop!!!!!!
