Scam involving males with heavy accents. Said I owed money for payday loan (which I never took, just looked into) Said they were from "Legal Department for unsecured loan" (nice English, huh?). Called my job and said they were in India when my boss threatened to sue them. TOTAL SCAM!!! I started federal action against the owner of this number and my lawyer ( also a family member) is looking into identification of these people and a possible class action suit.

Calls consistanly claiming I owe money.

Say that I owe on an unpaid cash advance from US Cash Advance as a payday loan online. When I ask for some type of proof of the transaction, or paperwork that I am being sued, they cannot provide me anything. They are harassing me at work and this is getting old.

They call pretending to be officers that want your money. Either you or someone close to you is in some dire trouble that requires wiring them money immediately.
