We received a phone call yesterday from a private number. The man said that he was a process server and needed to know if my fiance was home. He was not. So then he wanted to know what time he'd be home so he could serve him a summons. We asked what address he had and he didn't mention our address, but he mentioned 3 other addresses which we never heard of. We asked for his number and he said he wasn't allowed to give out his number. But he gave us this number and said it was the PRA Law Firm and my fiance is to call them the next day to tell them when he'd be home. They would then call this process server and he would come to our house to serve the summons.

These stupid towelheads keep calling over there scam. I don't owe anybody money and i have done nothing illegal in which they need to continuously call. It is annoying.
