Several calls every week, I don't answer. All different times of the day.

13 calls this month alone!

Calls to many times and does not hear the words "don't call only email or text message" they are relentless, calling up to 8 times a day without leave a message. Very Rude.

# called twice -- 6/14 and 6/16/17 - didn't recognize Toll Free #; didn't answer; caller hangs up when voice mail comes on. If it's legitimate number, why not leave a message?

I have Humana. their number shows on my ID but never identifies them as Humana. I use their prescription plan... mostly they email if a prescription has been sent...etc... but they call too damn often with their questions, surveys... I know they have no way of knowing but it seems they always call at a busy time Gotten to where I just don't answer like today... Was standing at the PO window mailing a package and there is Humana calling again... WORST THING ABOUT HUMANA IS THAT JENCARE MESS... OMG dont' get involved with them... They obviously only hire the bottom of the barrel when it comes to drs. I have diabetes, and the idiot took me off almost all my meds, then refused to ever do another A1C test when my BS ran sky high. after 7 mo I changed drs, because I honestly thought the idiot would kill me. He got my diabetes out of control so so bad... A1C all the way up to 10.7 because of his stupidity. when I got bronchitis, he refused to treat me for it...Told me NOT to dare take any NONE over the counter meds, Until I was on the verge of pneumonia...I went into his office early one morning... nurse pricked my finger, Fasting was 264, and the dope came in and gave me a STEROID breathing treatment...(which did nothing) but run my bs up even higher... NEVER again

They have called here 10-15 times. My wife has been avoiding answering phone when they call but I am going to answer the next time and see if maybe I can discourage them some.

We had Humana and have not had that insurance for several years. We have told them not to call since we don't have their insurance but they continue to call anyway. We did like their insurance when we could use it without it being out of network. Continuing to get these calls would make me think twice about their insurance if we ever decide to switch
