These calls are thinly veiled sales pitches from Humana. They want you to sign up for their mail order pharmacy services and frequently open with the statement that they want you to understand your "rights" under their medical insurance policy. Although I have told them repeatedly that I have read and understand my rights under the policy, they keep calling anyway ... again and again and again.

Called today and said they were from "Tech Support". If this number really belongs to Humana, then someone is using their number to scam people. I agree that the ID should say "Humana" as well, but that allso can be spoofed. I suggest that you call the number on your Humana statements to be sure of a legitimate call, and if you don't have them as a provider, then ignore.

It is Humanna. I have my Rx insurance and called back. They were calling about my Rx I ordered. They really should show Humanna on the caller ID. Wasn't a sales call.

I never answer toll free, unavailable or name not found calls. If EVERYONE would do the same thing we would get rid of these stupid callers. If their identity is 'unavailable' to me, then I'm unavailable to them.

This number keeps calling but I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Their persistence makes me believe that it's a telemarketer.

I get calls from this number frequently. I have added it to the "auto reject" list on my cell phone. I currently have Humana insurance and have repeatedly gotten marketing calls about the pharmacy service so if this is where it's from, they are losing my business.

This is actually Right Source's enrollment department (888-538-2518). They are the mail order service for the Humana prescription drug plans. Once you enroll in one of Humana's drug plans, they contact you to set everything up and to pass along information, and they are persistent. They also use the same number to contact you in the future. Unfortunately because it is a front-end auto-dialing system, there is a delay before you are transferred to a live person, and it doesn't leave any voice-mail message if you don't pick up. They also use "Toll Free Caller" as the generic ID which I've told them is very poor, but I can tell that won't be changed. I actually called Right Source at the number shown on their website and that representative transferred me to this number so that I could finally talk to them and stop the calls. It must cost more to change the generic ID on the auto-dialer they use.

the number MAY be Humana or any valid number, BUT, anyone can spoof a legit number (even your neighbor's number) for scamming purposes. if it is humana ... then WHY isnt the caller id HUMANA ??? a legit business call would leave a message !!!

Got a call from this number this afternoon. Guy with a heavy accent claimed to be with "Windows Technical Support" or some nonsense. I didn't talk to him; my father answered the phone. After spending WAY too much time trying to figure out what the call was about, my father then went to his computer and started following the guy's instructions. Meanwhile I was googling the number and found others have gotten calls from that number claiming to be Right Source Rx. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at directing my father's attention away from what I assume was some kind of scam/phishing attempt, I finally wrote him a short note, after which he began asking the guy who he was and what company he was with. The guy hung up. Beware.
