Insistent asses. Keep calling back saying they are Microsoft Certified Company and they are gonna fix my hacked computer - if I let them access it. Not Microsoft - I already called them. Microsoft does not call you and ask to access your computer. You have to call them first.

Got a call from this guy (Mark, claimed to be calling from Microsoft) asking to open the EVENTVWER the errors in my systems. Spam.

Yes they did middle of the night with the ID blocked. I told the guy with strong Indian accent not to call at this hour. Have some common sense! Show respect! Tell the supervisor or manager what I said. Then he left this number to me.

This is definitely a scam. NBC News had a segment on this company. Microsoft does not call people to fix your computer. This is a scam people. Microsoft has receive 175,000 complaints about computer scammers. I have 5 numbers in my gook that are Virus Alert scammers or people who call you. If they call you they are scammers. Same thing with the Virus alert scammers. Do not follow the directions. If you have a MAC you can use Force Quit to get out, or shut off or restart your computer. You will not hurt your computer or damage the hard drive. The instruction are there to scare you into using there services. The Company goes under the name Micosoft Tech Church which is a scam name. Mircrosoft does not authorize Technicians to call people at 2 AM in the mooring and tell them somebody is trying to hack their computer when they are not being hacked. Do not use the service and do not pay them any money. The number is 1888-566-3587.

They're a scam! Don't fall for their BS. Called my father and woke us up at 2am giving us a story about a hacker and how they can help us. BULLSHIT they were talking about Microsoft computers we don't even own any of them. Don't pickup and don't let these scammers get what they want !

Total scam. Got the same line of bs, but knew it was a scam right away so I played along. Asked them for the IP address that was being reported as "hacked". Wasn't mine, of course. A quick lookup showed that it was an IP address in New Delhi, India (I live in California). I told them and then they hung up on me.... haha!

Call came through as 201-992-9741 from new jersey and said he was with Microsoft and needed me to go to my computer to open up a window that would allow his to take control and "help resolve the problem". I asked for a name number to call him back and after repeating my question and stuttering a bit with his strong Indian accent he gave me the name John Brown at 1.888.566.3587 EXT 305 and said he would call right back.....when he did the number was blocked as private. I don't know if its a scam or not but I'm not going to find out, way too many red flags, way too shady.

I received a call on my cell from a +1333 number when I was in a very noisy warehouse.
The man on the phone had a heavy accent and said I had received numerous warnings that my p.c. had been hacked and wanted to get into my computer. I told him I was not at home and my computer was off he said someone was using my IP # as we were speaking he wanted to know when to call me so we could clear up this situation. I told him I would have to call him back since I don't have a set schedule. I went outside and called the # back and told them to not call me anymore and that they would have to take the matter up with Microsoft, the hackers, the F.B.I, and them selves. Please note I am sending this report via my alleged compromised P.C.

My computer is hacked by hacker ........ she helped me out of my computer problem and she provided me Microsoft security essentials and other softwares which really helped my computer. its working much faster now..... i am very happy with their services.......
