The caller claimed to want to discuss umbrella insurance options so I called them back and they transferred me to "USAA" who said the same. I think it really was USAA but they asked me to verify who I was by telling them my PIN which I declined. They suggested I call them back on their normal number and get transferred to their insurance division but again I declined. Not interested in umbrella coverage.

I received 2 calls. Csr said she was following up with an inquiry I had on property insurance. I have usaa. I told the csr that I am very concerned that a hacker maybe attempting to access my account since I never made such an inquiry for property insurance in the last 6 months. I asked for her to verify that my account remains secure and to report back with confirmation either way to me. I doubt I'll hear back after reading the comments. Usaa, you're really fu(king up here! Are you reading these comments? You better about-face & all-stop this practice tout de suite!

Phone ID said Usaa, not USAA, which is their logo. If USAA wants me to answer their calls they know to have a proper ID. I was not satisfied with previous quotes from them and no longer interested in their product. I find there practice deceptive.

I got a call from this number saying they wanted to answer any questions I may have about switching to USAA but problem is I am not military connected nor did I switch or ask to be switched. I have not answered this call yet but it calls a couple times a day for the last week now.

888-568-0296 called me and I guess didn't realize I answered and was laughing with a boy. Then put a female voice changer on and tried asking my information.

On usaa site if you click on insurance, you will get a call if you want it or not

Just received a call from this Number, It sounded like the person wasn't sure why they were talking to me at all. I immediately called USAA and informed them of the interaction. The service representative that I spoke with verified it was indeed an authentic call. He said it looks like it's one of their work from home personnel that get paid to make outgoing calls to check on status updates. The lady that I had initially spoke with identified herself as Lisa which was confirmed by USAA.

Two days ago cllled USAA to compare INSURANCE QUOTES, theirs was to high. Since yesterday, this number continually calls at sundry times throughout the day. They stated they were from USAA, but the call was from a number not affiliated with USAA. Called official USAA number and a representative stated it was not from them

received a call from this number and it went into my voice mail. The lady was talking to somone and eating unaware that they were being recorded on my voice mail. After a few minutes the call went to a song like a concerto. I just signed up with USAA and if they cannot control my information I will cancel.

Daily, every day, I get these calls from business that refuse to obey the DO NOT CALL LISTS (Federal and Florida.

IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE AGAINST THE LAW TO DO THIS, however it seems that the DO NOT CALL LISTS are purely a huge waste of our taxpayer money and simply something that Businesses and Politicians ignore.,
