Received a Notice of Reward card in the mail. Says our records indicate I have an unclaimed reward on my account for $100 in savings. Good at Wal-Mart, Target and many more. Deadline, Oct. 24, 2015 Call 1 888 568-3078. There's a claim # added. Who's sending this and how did they get my name & address.
