I was told a company was going out of business and that a refund is owed to me. I called the number referenced on this site, as it was the number left on my voicemail to call them back. It rings once and then a busy tone next. I called it 3x and decided to Google it and came across this site. The company "going out of business" was never mentioned.

This is a Scam call from Microsoft technical support saying you are entitled to a refund. Do not answer. That shows them they have a working number and they can try with other scams in the future. I didn't answer but they left a voicemail from a robot.

"Adam Smith" said they are giving me a refund for my Microsoft technical support. I was able to keep him on the phone for just over 45 minutes! Hilarious!
