I filed suit against this company for violating the Do Not Call list. We are due to go the Small Claims Court next Monday. They had called me a number of times including twice on a Sunday which is also against the law. Tonight they robo-called me about getting my roof replaced. This is AFTER they had been served a summons to appear in court next Monday. They wont learn until they pay.

Telemarketer fishing for home improvement work. They violate telemarketing laws restricting calls on Sunday and calling people on the Do Not Call list. CA business entity C2380865 Contractor License # 803729 They canceled their bond in 2012.

Dude called last week saying he wanted to save me $$$ off my electric bill. He was scheduled to come out today and pitch me. I traced his number this a.m. (661-213-0870) to no avail and decided to take wife out to breakfast instead. Good call. After grocery shopping, I returned home and found four 888-577-6527 calls with the intent to gain "Michael" entrance through my security gate. Thanks for the heads up!

Claimed to be calling from the "counsel of Rising Sun" with some scam about either solar energy. They did give a local company address. Interestingly enough, they had called yesterday, same group, same address. Asked to be taken off list again.
