No, they are NOT Citibank! They are a junk debt buyer, who btw fails to mention exactly their company name, FDCPA violation #1, they buy alot of Citi zombie debt for pennies on the dollar and file lawsuits banking on default judgements, typical junk debt buyer MO. FDCPA violation #2 is they will rarely give you the "mini miranda" as req'd by federal law under the FDCPA. If you're getting these calls, chances are you've got zombie debt that these scum are trying to make free money on, get an attorney, many consumer atty's will nail these creeps at no charge to you as they will only take your case if they're sure they'll win. Don't let this scum win, sue THEM!
