They are promoting a lower interest rate for CC's and from what I read on line if you accept the call they hit you with a $1995.00 CC charge for services rendered

Offered to lower credit card interest rates (press 1 to continue). No option to opt-out - only option was to hang up or press 1. I've received dozens of calls (sometimes more than 1/day for over a year), but I don't have records of the date/time for the older calls.
