Message left was only the last part as I assume it started when my message machine picked up, so I only heard the part about closing down and to get your refund call this number.

Just received a call stating that is was Microsoft - and that I had paid my subscription a couple of months ago - needing a refund as they are shutting down. No thanks!

robot lady said the company was closing down. but did not say what company. They wanted to refund my money. I think that if I needed a refund, they could do it automatically. Scammers are ridiculous.

Caller left a message claiming the cost technical service we purchased would have to be refunded due to the closing of the company. As we have not purchased any such service, this call appears to really be a phishing scam.
