This collection agency calls people with common names trying to find the subject of the collection.

Stellar Recovery - Debt Collector.

This company calls me at least 10 times a day, often in the middle of the night. They are attempting to collect a debt from someone who used to have my number. I can very rarely get them on the line and when I do they just hang up when I tell them they have the wrong number.

Very sketchy people and terrible business practices. There tactics are not only threatening but also illegal in most states.

I received a phone call for a "Fernando Gomez" from this number. When I asked how they got my number, they hung up on me. I don't know anybody by the name of Fernando Gomez, and the street they gave me doesn't match up with the address of anybody with that name that lives around me. If this is Stellar Recovery, Inc., then they apparently don't stop calling. They need to stop calling people, because they obviously don't take subtle hints when people tell them to stop calling (which isn't that subtle anyway).
