They keep calling. The ph# i have has been mine for OVER 5 yrs. The # obviously belonged to a real deadbeat since I had rec'd numerous calls trying to find her. I must say all other calls including collection calls were happy to know this wasn't her # anymore and remove it from their listings so the calls stopped. These folks just keep calling and calling,.
My answering machine got the orig call and I tried to hit the "i'm not that person" but it didn't help. I finally just turned off my answering machine but the calls keep coming. You'd think they would want to stop wasting their time on incorrect info and go after the folks they are trying to collect from. I'm on a do not call list too, whatever good that does. I did go into
"whitepages.com" to insure the info on my tel # was accurate also.

TOLL FREE CALL from 888--628-9605 for the wrong person (every day). I suggest that you "Hit the * key repeatedly" and talk to some live person. They will allegedly remove my phone number within 24 hours! This remains to be seen of course. As far as the 'NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, is concerned, they 'DO NOT STOP ANY CALLS", your tax payer money at work! Thank your Congressman or Woman!

These people @ 888-628-9605, call at least twice per day. The message left on my answering machine is, "If you are not the (party), disconnect now". I am not the (party they are calling), and disconnect (hang up), however, they continue to call! Regardless, of discontinuing (hanging up), this is a daily and persistent annoying call for the wrong party. I have filed over 1,010 complaints to the "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY", not only with this pest, but also 1,009 telemarketers (or other), and "THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" will 'NOT' stop these calls! If you view your phone bill (whether it be a 'Land-line or cell phone number'), you are charged each and every month for "FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES" which funds the "FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST". This is another "FEDERAL AGENCY", that is not only corrupt and does nothing, but also "SELLS" your phone number!

Calling for someone else with no way to tell them to remove my number.
