A recent Gallop poll found only 18% of Americans believe the Affordable Care Act helps their families, while nearly 30% say it has hurt. Unlike what was promised, people lost plans they liked, costs are rising, choices are shrinking, and exchanges are collapsing. Repealing and replacing Obama Care with a plan that restores choice and affordability and gives help to those who need it can't happen without both a Republican President and Congress. Pat Toomy has signed a pledge to repeal and replace this law. Clinton and Katie McGinty will keep the law and make it even worse.
