Called saying they were United Carrier Services and were going to serve us papers if we did not call back and get a stop claim #. Called back. Wiseman, Harvey & Associates answering machine. We hung up.

this law office called my husband and got really rude with my husband the threatened legal action if we didnt take care of this bill that we dont know what it is for i called them back and told them to send my a bill stating that my husband owns this bill and that if it was real then we would pay it ,the called back and left no message so i called them back and i got the answering machine so i repeated what i told them before .they havent called back.

well when i called i didnt have as many problems. I had a hard time getting thru at first and i will admit at times they were a little unprofessional but they did help me clear up a couple old ebts that have been haunting me 4 a while.

Person asked for "Christine". I said "Nobody here by that name." Caller repeats the name, insisting my phone number is her number. I repeat my number and insist that "Christine" doesn't live here. Caller says, "You are aware that you know Christine." I reply "No, I don't." Caller says "all right" and hangs up. Caller never identified himself or his office or the reason for his visit. He was rude and aggressive.

There was no explanation for calling my number.

When I called the number, the tape said to leave my phone number. I hung up.
I have received two calls.

I got a message on my answering machine with a male voice saying that my bank account had return a check with insufficient funds and to call them as soon as possible or legal action would be taken. They didn't leave the name of the person they were calling and the file number that they mentioned wasn't left on the message either.
So, I called my bank about it and they are going to report it to law enforcement and the better business bureau as a scam. Four other people from my bank had also called with the same complaint...
I wouldn't advise anyone to call that number back...
Let your bank call them for you...
Stay away from those folks...

These people have called me at least five times and leave recordings to return their calls immediately and refer to a case number which they don't give me. So I call them back to tell them they have the wrong number and I would appreciate it if they stopped calling. The women told me she didn't believe that this was the wrong number and they would not stop calling until they spoke to the one they were calling for. Then she hung up on me! I called back warning them if they did not take my number off of the calling list I would call better business bureau for harassment and she hung up on me again! Then when I called for a third time she answered the phone and when she heard it was the same person she put down the phone and was speaking to someone else saying I was lying and won't stop calling! So they told her to hang up so she told me now all of the sudden my number was deactivated even though before she said she couldn't and yeat again she hung up the phone. I called a fourth time and they would not answer anymore after that. If they call my number again one more time I will take this to court! It is ridiculous.

Received call from a Ms. Brown who stated she was from United Courier Services. The message said that we had 24 hours to contact this number regarding legal action. The message didnt make sense at all. It also made me suspicious that she didnt address whom the call was to. We called the number back and the recording said it was Weisman and Harvey Associates... Internet it a wonderful tool.

serveral phone calls from 888-644-5585 caller said that my husband had a bill and wanted him to set up a payment arrangement for a so called bill couldnt even pronounce our last name told us to send a money order to them .2 days later i called to get a name for the money order the person i talked to said they didnt accept money orders wanted me to go to walmart and get a western union telgram and send it to thhem the address was a po box nuber in lancaster ny .my wife decided to check the internet cause it sounded suspcious cause we have not received anything saying we owe this bill if we did it would come certified and we wouldve have to sign for it tired of the harrassing calls from this scam artist .i told them to send me documenatation of the bill so my lawyer can check it out then hung up

We received numerous call from this number where the caller left very threatening messages saying that we must call them back within 24 hours because their client is ready to act on this matter and have someone sent out to our residence and anywhere else we may be. When we called the number back it said that it was a Weisman, Harvey & Assoc. and one of the caller ID descriptions was also United Carrier Services, as well as anonymous. We've never done business with either one of these companies, nor have we ever had a returned item with our bank. When I looked these companies up on the internet, I discovered that that were apparently scammers. Be very careful and don't give out any personal information.

Weisman Harvey and Assoc. Left message on my phone saying that I need to have my attorney call because my bank has a returned item. I called my bank and nothing is out of the ordinary. I left a message for them to call me back. It seems very suspicious.

They asked for my daughter (I think that's the name I heard but couldn' be sure) who doesn't live here or in this state and said they were from United Carriers and had papers to serve to her. She called this nuber back and it was Weisman Harvey Associates. She hung up and went to the internet to check them out. Couldn't find this law office anywhere.

The person leaving the message was unintelligible, except for her phone number. Called around 9:15 on a Friday night. Obviously looking for a wrong person. Unbelievably unprofessional message.
