Listened to voicemail about suspicious activity on my computer. Called and the person stated that they were Microsoft and to take my computer to the nearest Microsoft office. I stated that I've never seen that type of store. He asked for my zip code in Houston, then stated that per his computer, he noticed that there wasn't one in Houston and that he would walk me through what needed to be done to correct the issue free of charge, as there would be a fee at places like Best Buy. I told him to TELL ME all the steps that he wanted me to perform first. He said, "No, I have to walk you through it. It's free of charge." I repeated that I needed to hear the steps. He then said, "If anything happens to your computer, you're be responsible." Then he hung up. I then googled the number and it popped up as a scam.
