I called CIBC directly from the number on the back of my credit card. After a bit of calling by the customer services representative, it was confirmed this was a legitimate CIBC credit card services number.
I got this call but they left a message. It was CIBC calling to let me know i had important information mailed to me and had to call them to confirm I received it.
Not spam or telemarketing
