This is the number for our Collection Department. Please disregard the comment above from "Robin with BBVA". We believe this user was pretending to be an employee of the company and posting negative untrue remarks due to frustration with receiving the calls.
She said her name was Robin from BBVA Compass Bank calling about a personal business matter.

We make it sound like we're calling about an issue with a specific, already, established, valid bank account. We're really just trolling for new business. I always tell people "I'm going to just keep calling and calling until I get to speak to him." This is BBVA policy. We love to f*** with people and there's not a d*** thing any of you can do about it. Suckers!
