Yes they called me as well and without giving any information I am now being charged different amounts in my account. Be careful they may just be calling to keep you on the line long enough to get your info from phone. Which I have almost all, bank app and info etc..

Called me as well as family members saying they were unsuccessful in serving me at my home address and will be proceeding with fraud charges on me. They have a lot of information because they bought my information from another source. They are a scam, beware and give them nothing further.
Beware they are scammers threatening you with a lawsuit saying you took out a loan from some lending company. They will usually have a lot of information on you to make you think they are legitimate. Do not give these people any information. If you did change your bank account right away.
