How do they know what service we had unless they hacked into AT&T/Directv system.

shortly after receiving call from this number about promotions my bank card was hacked for gas in Gainesville, Fl 3 times while i'm at work in another part of FL.. when i researched the number it said that they stole account info from amazon accounts, which i recently cancelled a few weeks ago

Same thing happened to me, cost me $250.00, whats worse is the number they originally called me on was DirecTV's number that I have saved in my phone. Then I had them send me an email with the promotional offer details, they did that too, came from the same email that I get confirmation emails, update emails, etc. from. So now I am filing a suit against them. Have the email and my call log as proof.

They say they are DirectTV, they even have the logo music playing in the background. They offer you a great deal and it includes the NFL package. They ask you to pay with an Amazon Account, You give them the code and you are scammed.Cost me $240. I already talked to someone from the Attorney Generals office.
