Tired of scam calls

Woman tried to get past my robocall blocker by recording her name as "Anderson Niebuh", which was exactly how it's spelled in the caller ID. However, not recognizing the name, I wasn't about to pick up. She didn't leave a message after the phone passed her to the answering machine.

Female cld my nonpub #! How she got my home phone is beyond me! She mentions clg from Anderson Nieber and Associates. Asked to return the call to 1(888) 709-9874 and she gave an extension # which I couldn't hear clearly, like 4 or 5 digit #s. Her voice faded out but sounded like she mentioned the name Tom.

Got message that also said calling from Kaiser but slurred the department name. Later in message said the Office of Bethany Jones, extension 316. Definitely not Kaiser.

Just received a call from 888-709-9874 saying it was Kaiser Permanente and had our name!

Caller: ANDERNBRASSOC said they were Kaiser Permamente and knew our name.

Advised they were calling from Kaiser Permanente who is my Medicare provider. This is not a KP # & msg advised to call Ext 1551 for Greg Norman.

Woman left a very bizarre message. She was whispering and sounded confused. There was a lot of static:
"Hello, I calling for the ********** household...um...regarding some um....services that you have been, um, recieving. Please call me back at 888, um, 709-9874. Please ask for (what sounded to me like) Grace Mendler."

Very weird, almost creepy.
