I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM ARM WNY LLC SAYING THAT I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN OF $270.00 WITH A FORM ATTACHED WANTING MY INFORMATION I DO NOT OWE ANYBODY

Was called by this number about a payday loan from 2011 which I did not take out. Was told that they had a copy of my application in hand, but could not provide it to me because that was "my responsibility". They then told me I would be served with a subpoena if not paid. Very belligerent. This is a SCAM.

Continue to receive harassing calls from 888-710-4273, where live representative does not identify who she is, or who she represents. Claims that I stopped paying on a payday loan (which I did not take out) and they are filing in my county court to take action. Call was made to my cell phone, without prior consent. When I asked for details (who they represented, when was the debt incurred, which bank was the "check" drafted from) she became very belligerent and threatening, and then said, "good luck in court". She then hung up. They continue to call my number, and not leave messages, and there is no call back number. At times, when calling back number, they are identified as AMR of Western New York, but there is no way to talk to anyone.
