Just got a call from my bank. They were calling to see if I authorized a payment to kmassist.com fro $87.14 and $2.95. Of course I didn't. These scammers are crazy! I sit on the phone for 2 hours and someone finally picked up the phone. Her name was Janee. She indicated that the product Acai Berry product (which is what they say they are), was on BACK ORDER since November! Are you kidding me! First of all I didn't even submit anything. And who gives them permission to use my credit card 2 months later!!!!

The number on the charge was 1-877-292-3588. They also have a number 1-866-942-5246.

I'm outraged!

I myself ordered this product and never received it. It was some time ago and I forgot about it. I also just go a call from my bank today for the same charge amounts. No one would pick up the phone when I tried to contact them either. My bank has stopped payment.

This company has debited my credit card 4 different times per month for the last two months. I don't know who they are and have bought nothing. I have reported this fraudulent activity and changed my credit card. No-one answers the phone when I call and have been on hold for up to 1 hour listening to there music. This is a scam and its been reported.

no one called, just an email about a weight loss product and that it was being shipped. They have my address and credit card number and I don't know where it came from. The email came from donotreply but said the credit card charge would be under kmassist.com

What is this company?? I was just charged today $35.81 and have filed a dispute with my card company. When I look up KMAssist.com I get a very generic page with different country phone numbers for "support." Does anyone know what these charges are supposedly for??

I was also charged by Elgtech $59.98 and $1.80 on December 27, 2010. I was then charged another $59.98 on January 3, 2011. I typed in my browser Elgtech and it seems to be a foreign web hosting domain site. I never signed up for it or spoke to anyone about doing business with this company. I also called the 8887291134 number and it does say that it is disconnected. I am going to my bank today to dispute these charges. I never ok'ed these automatic withdrawels.

Charges from ELGTech appeared on my credit card (12/22/10) and I did not make a purchase from this company. There were 2 charges and 2 foreign transaction fees on that date.
The toll free number has been disconnected

I haved been billed a total of $78.55 over 4 different transactions to the same company you have. Any idea what it may be? I cancelled my card already. How do I go about getting my money back?

I just received a call from my credit card company saying that they were checking on a couple of charges made to my account. One I could verify and the other was for $87.13 from a company called KMAssist.com. I checked and it brought up a Facebook page that I had never seen before. So, the short of it is I settled the matter with my card company.

Same thing just happened to me, exact same charge of $87.13 plus another for $2.95. On my CC. I called the CC company and reported as fraud.

I have always been cautious on ordering things online, and I decided to order the teeth whitening product for my teen daughter for Christmas, well the joke was on me, cause I too ended up receiving 2 addtl charges on my banking statement. I also tried to call several numbers for the company and they are out of order and then when i tried to call the MAN that keeps calling my house about the product, it just states press 1 to remove from calling list and 2 to have someone call me back, so in other words "I GOT SCREWED" and its my own fault. I never even got any of the produce so all I can do is dispute the charges and hope that the bank credits my account!

got a text from my bank to say that an overseas payment was made from my card today, phoned them and it was a company called KMassist.com, card stopped, no cash as its a public holiday here today and tomorow, cheers !! looked up KM assist and all i can see is complaints

you say call this number 1-888-729-1134 and it is disconnected the charge that was on my statment was never oked by me this needs o be fixed.

I have been charged twice once by an Elgtech which was $87.13 plus s&h and then another by kmassist.com which was $35.81 but when i went to the kmassist website it came up as nova pay... Im not the only one that this happening to right?? I did order online once but never did recieve the order and that was over a month ago.

I Never recevied a call or anything like that just charges of 93.00 on my creditcard. Cheeky bastards. I ordered back in October Dietmax off Facebook got products, these were mean,t to be free trials, also order colon cleanse payed then, which shocked me but everytime I TRYED CLOSING THE SITE IT KEPT COMING UP ARE YOU SURE YOU WANNA LEAVE OUR SITE.. now it seems I am paying again.
This is all I can think Elgtech Haselmere is as I have never order anything from such a company. And like so many of you guys no luck on the ph. no.I hope kama comes back and take these pricks down.
Went on my account xmas day like I need more god damn debts at this time of the year.

glad i read the complaints, i got charged $87 plus shipping and handling, I had ordered acai maw over the internet and from what i read this must be who is charging me...it came up elgtech on my bank statement...going to my bank tomorrow and hopefully getting this cleared up...i never authorized this automatic withdraw

I also got charged $87.13 plus $2.95, both amounts show as debits to my checking account. I got this site by searching "http://www.kmassist.com/", which is the name associated with the debits. I have absolutely NO IDEA what the charge is for. There was a disclaimer onhttp://www.kmassist.com/ which is called NovaPay saying the FDA has not approved the product. Just what is the product? Does anyone know? SO I have a trip to the bank tomorrow. Does anyone know what the scam is, where they get the account #'s etc.? I'd like to know.

My UK bank was charged $52.17 and $2.95 by ELGTECH on 23.12.2010. No answer at their phone number. I suspect it might be connected with Diet Max whose product I cancelled almost immediately back in November. I have reported this to my bank and the VISA fraud department and stopped my card.

I foolishly accepted an alternate security certificate while trying to put an order through on Snapfish. It wouldn't accept my debit card until I clicked on a little link that brought up a window saying I had to accept this security certificate before the order would work. Then the order didn't show up in my account history on the website, nor did I get the confirmation email. I sent an email to my bank saying to watch for fraudulent charges but they replied they couldn't stop check card transactions and that I should close my card. I didn't see the message till after there was a fraudulent charge from ELGTECH 888-729-1134 for $59.97. Of course this number is "temporarily disconnected."
