Received at text from this number today. Googled it and found this forum. A big thanks to all who posted about this scam. It kept me from getting caught up in it.

Received a text to call the number as Chase card needs attention. I find it interesting as the day before I had been talking to Chase customer service about my account. I almost called the number.

Received an alert text to call this number. Does show option to check online, of course online account show no issues, so it pushes your curiousity to call to see what the problem is.

PHISHING SCAM!

SMS text message received stating Chase card needs attention and to please go to chase.com link or call this number. I called Chase using the number on the back of my card and they confirmed there was no issue and that this telephone number is NOT a valid Chase number.
