Their name is National Processing and Management, work for Beacon Portfolio Management. Their number is 888-737-8441. Kept calling regarding an account with Wachovia Bank. A guy named ANTHONY JAMES, A VERY RUDE PERSON – like most punks and thugs - gave me last 4 digits of my SSN and said it was about a debt I owed to Wachovia Bank. Not my SSN and I never had an account with Wachovia Bank. This guy didn't like the fact that I was as rude as he was so he threatened to have my phone number "bombed" and hung up. So I called back. This time, after not being able to get my name right, I rudely told him he should know it by now. He said "with a name like yours, no wonder you don't pay your bills" and hung up. Called back again and got someone else who was polite and had my name removed from their list. Asked to speak to James’ supervisor. This guy said he would speak to James but I told him that was not good enough. He then said "do you know what will happen if you keep calling this number?" I said “are you going to threaten me?” He said that was not a threat but he would not tell just what was going to happen if I kept calling. I know their business is legal (they buy debts then try to collect) but their TACTICS are not legal. I AM NO WHERE NEAR DONE WITH THESE PARASITES.
