We are owners of 2 Wyndham/RCI timeshares. Their "offices", really employees calling from homes, has multiple numbers. They function more as a high pressure sales marketing company and debt collection agency, rather than serving club members/timeshare owners. Frequently different numbers cannot find billing/reservation records, a classic case of the "left hand not knowing what the right hand ...". Very very rarely can you speak to a "live" person on answering or callback, and frequently the calls are outsourced to presumably low paid persons on commission, who are ignorant of the concept of workdays and time zones. While the resorts are good, customer service is bad to atrocious.
This persistent debt collector for Wyndham calls my cell phone daily.
CallerId [NoName]. Five ring hang up - they never leave a message.
