These guys keep calling me EVEN though I am on time! Why waste THEIR TIME OR MINE?! I have never missed on payment and even about to pay it off either this month or next...yet they call! They apparently are running out of loans that are delinquent, that they are starting on those who are not!

Never took out a loan, and yet this stupid number keeps calling me looking for a "Weldon Cooper"
I am most definitely NOT a mister Cooper. I am a misses who is becoming EXTREMELY frustrated with the incessant calls.

They are trying to collect a late payment. They are a sub-prime lender who has high rates and give loans to people the bank does not want. They are just doing their job trying to get their money so do not complain as you know the interest rate when you signed. If you cannot pay simply go turn your car in.

Thats simply bad advise. "go turn your car in"... how about call them back and work out a payment plan that will work with your budget-maybe they will work w/ you, or try to think of ways to get more $ to pay off your loan. You signed a lease and you can't get out of it that easy.... It's not a get out of jail free card when you do that. They will still call and harrass you for payment. If you turn it in, they will just sell the car (at a discounted price) and you will have to pay the difference-which is never a good deal.

westlake calls me ALL the time from so many different numbers. today they called me from this number at 7:30 ! and today was my only day to sleep in! ughh. and they left me a voicemail but didnt say anything in it. so annoying.

This is one of Westlake Financial's #'s. They call to harass our daughter all the time! There are too many names to detail of whose called in the past. They call at all hours of the day and night. Also, many times when we answer we just get music forever, and no one ever comes on the phone, yet they keep calling over and over and over. It is frustrating! They are nothing but loan sharks. Don't ever finance through them.

They call me daily even on sundays! I should have never financed through this terrible company. They are nothing but trouble. If you are even 1 or 2 dollars short they call and harass you and send to collections! And half the time you cannot understand them unless you speak spanish. Never finance anything through them.. And block them from your phone.

I agree, they call all times of the day, they call me at work and harrass the hell of of me, you are right, I wish I never financed thru them either, they are loan sharks and should be out of business!
