Recorded message from American Express. in regards to collections.

Received call from this number today 2/7/2012 at 7:51 pm Comes up unavailable on caller id. When I picked up it was a taped message. It stated (something to the effect) that this is American Express and not pertaining to telemarketing. It has to do with collections. I hung up because I don't owe them anything. Going to notify authorities and contact a lawyer to file suit against this unscrupulous business.
