Received a call from a woman representing herself as " Carisa" & a Rep.
( first I think she said " Eversource") AND for sure later as 'Town Square' Electricity provider. She insisted ( in a very friendly way) for me to give her the account #. I did NOT. I told her MY husband dealt with the bills & he was not in at the moment. She then gave me HER number : 1-888- 752-3822 Ext: 0028 & asked for my husband to call from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
as she could give us a better rate of 9 cents. We have a BETTER rate already!!!
When I hung I saw the ID as " Ittaes Annapolis". NOT " Town Square" as she said she was calling from.
I then called Eversource & Eversource manager told me to call " Town Square" to make sure that I was NOT switched to them ( Town Square)
WITHOUT my & my husband's authorization.
Eversource also advised I called & file a complaint with:
Public Utilities# : 1-800- 382- 4586 and Federal Trade Commission # :
1-877- 382-4357
I ALSO called Town Square & told Rep. Brandon to BLOCK any switch to THEIR company without my authorization as well as BLOCK my phone # to prevent SOME of their shady , deceptive sales reps. from contacting me again .
I have another electricity provider company AND I do NOT want to NOR gave authorization to switch to Town Square.
By the way I called that number that ' Clarisa' woman gave me & a machine came on!!!
Do NOT give your account # and make certain that ' Town Square' electricity provider blocks ANY switch to THEIR company & YOUR phone number too ( no Teps. of theirs should be calling after that) , UNLESS you have authorized otherwise.
Scammers, deceptions, lies , greed for commissions has taken over the country in every level imaginable!
Make it your duty to WARN others. File complaints with the authorities, call the companies & complain. DO every LEGAL thing you can to let the deveivers know you are on to them !
God speed!
don't remember
This number has been calling my house for several weeks up to 12 times a day. So my sister answered the phone this gentleman told my sister he was Kurt from Clearview Electric and BG&E, he left this number and an ext. 1051. I called that number back and when I put the ext. in it says its not a work ext. The funny thing is I don't have either one of these electric companys for my house.

My mother answered the phone and spoke to a woman called Desiree. She appeared to be a nice person trying to get my mother a better rate on her electric bill. My mother said she has a provider, but would listen to her. During the conversation she asked my mother for her ID numbers on her current electric bill. After that the woman was not so friendly and rushed the rest of the speech and when my mother asked for more information this Desiree seemed impatient. To make a long story short. A week later my mother finds out she no longer has her current electric company as her provider and cannot reach Desiree as that extension on the above number cannot be reached. Finally, her current electric provider says she has 10 days to change back to her old provider. There was nothing in the mail from this above number and no written agreement. Beware, do not give out any ID numbers from you current electric account to unknown providers.

Steve called us to tell us he could save us money on our phone bill. He represented himself as a "verizon accounts manager." None of this is true. This is a scam/spam company. Give them nothing.
