Auto message for someone not at my number

Repeat calls for over 1 year asking for a Steven or Maria Sanchez. I am not them and I do not know them. I have informed them of this over and over and have even called them to aski them not to call me. I work from home and am interrupted from mu work. I have been called on weekends and in the evening. How can I stop this?
