asking for money on a medical bill that wasn't sent to collections - VERY VERY RUDE and hung up on me when I tried to figure out what was going on.

they ask to speak to Cindy Braunstein and if I am that person press one. I press one and they hang up on me asking if I would like to make a phone call call the operater. I get theese calls every day
