My Husband got a call on his cell yesterday asking for my daughter and giving him info saying she needed to call back and give him a case number, he asked how they got his cell number and they guy told him don't worry , you have be notified and he said notified of what and they hung up. My daughter calls them back and they cussed her called her called her nasty , told her she was asking too many questions and had her SSN , SCARY!! She call her friend that a Magistrate Judge. He told her it was the second time yesterday that he had gotten a call on this company and said they are a fraud.. Told her to watch her credit report!!!!!!!!!!!!

Said they were going to do an employer check & if any info was different to call 888-600-2465. Spoke to someone who had my name, address & last 4 digits ss#. Whe I asked who they were they told me RS group but wanted me to verify who I was. When I refused he got nasty with me & would not give me any information unless i VERIFIED w/him who I was. He finally go mad and hung up cuz I kept asking what this was about. I have been getting repeat calls to my cell #. Also claiming that I was going to be served papers for a civil suit. When I asked for confirmation who was suing they hung up. Also said they were going to serve papers at my employment unless I agreed to hear the amount I was being sued for and/or court date. When i insisted on who was suing me...they hung up. they are pretty fierce in their interigation I will say that much. I am calling the sheriff today.

Repeated calls saying "employment will be verified, call xxx-xxx-xxxx" if anything's changed..

same thing here. whoever they are buying their info from from is ripping them off. it's old information. my call was legit info from 2 yrs ago on my credit report. long taken care of. have contacted the local sheriff and will be contacting the my state attorney general tomorrow. this is comical to a point. this person runs on knee-jerk reaction, which i had. what was the funniest, i called back, and asked for a supervisor. so i was put on hold, and a couple of minutes later, the same person came on the line with a "deeper voice" and a different name. as the conversation escalated, the "deeper voice" of the supervisor went away. lol....so i insisted that the details and demand of this money be sent by us mail to me. after much argument and insistence over this, i was placed on hold, and finally after 30 mins, i hung up. all with law enforcement present. i guess they don't want to commit the federal offense of mail fraud. but beware, it is still prosecutable! my state is quite sensitive to scammers. so everyone file a report. it goes to a federal database.............

They're calling saying they're from a neighboring counties sheriff's dept. and are going to serve me papers at my job. When I told them that's cool and offered to verify the address the guy got PISSED and hung up on me. He was attempting to have me give him my checking account for a 10 year old debt.

This # keeps calling my cell and asking for my sister which lives about 2000 miles from me. Very, very irratating. They call me every day saying the same thing; "This call is for " ". Employment information will be verified. If any information needs to be changed, please call 888-772-9119". They need to be found and thrown in prison!!! LOL!

Be very careful, I did some investigating and this is not a debt collector, it is a scam. I am going to the police with the message left on mine and my husbands phones. I called an attorney and he verified it was a scam. Go to the police because they already have your information and are using it to harass you and your family into giving them money. They are also calling employers trying to bully you into giving them your money. They are making you out to be a criminal to everyone associated with you. This is very embarrassing. I downloaded an app called Call Control that has been very effective. Its funny because this app will answer an unknown or private d number and hang up on them, for a brief second you can hear this person scream from frustration LOL; it is satisfying.

Running a scam many differnt company names trying to get your personal info even calling family and your work and making you out to be a criminal. Making threats of filing charges posing as the police and attorneys

Repeated callls just stating "employment will be verified, call xxx-xxx-xxxx" and nothing else

This number has been calling me for about 4 months now. Leaving msgs saying that they have legal documents to servie my mother in law which i know are false. After looking up the phone number i see that many people are complaining of the same thing. I would like this phone number to no longer call me.
