This telephone number calls me one or more times every day. No one speaks. It seems that whoever is calling uses it as a listening device to listen to what is going on around you. Whenever I called the number back, it would go straight to the voicemail. The outgoing announcement on their voicemail says: "Welcome to Repair Bank". I left a voice message once demanding that they stop calling me and that my phone number is on the Do Not Call List (which they should have know if they bothered to check). Yet, they continue to call me one or more times daily and without speaking when I answer.

Have received 50+ calls from this number since Jan 2020. No message ever left.
