They call every 20 minutes and no speech.

I got a call from 1 888 782-7692 which turned out to be Shaw Direct. I discontinued Shaw Direct due to lousy reception (I guess they figure their dishes never fail or need realignment) and poor customer service.

My new service provider has restored perfect picture and function to my TV that I thought I was going to have to replace. This no speech phone call is icing on the cake.

I'm on the phone with Shaw right now trying to find out why they called and the customer service rep doesn't seem to know either. On hold... tap tap tap.... He's back and doesn't have a clue why they called me either. The solution would be to block the number from calling me and so I shall.
