NOT A SCAM - approved an MRI for my knee - called with the authorization number - was annoying that they asked for my birthday before they handed it over though b/c if it WAS spam that's brilliant

Following up, my insurer said they'd would never contact me using email not via phone or text.
It's burdensome enough navigating carers and insurers as it is, the last thing I need is a third party in the mix.
It is a spam, unsolicited and unnecessary.
I will turn in to the fcc since they said they were the state dept
for authorization for a procedure from my doctor. Which I have none.They said they were from the state house. If they are saying they are are a government office is this not federal
