It was a man with a heavy Indian accent saying his name was David with PG&E's collections department. He claimed the bill wasn't paid in two months and that someone was coming by in 30 min to shut off our power. I asked him to confirm our account number with PG&E and he wouldn't. I asked if he could confirm the name on the account... nothing. He gave me a number to their collections department to call back to pay the balance. I asked what the balance was, he couldn't give me that either. If that's not a scam, I don't know what is.
