Left a voice mail asking me call back to Hancock Whitney Bank. When I did they told me they were giving me a $100.00 gift card and needed my credit card information to charge the $3.95 shipping fee via UPS. I hung up and called Hancock. They said it was a scam and if I gave them the credit card info I should cancel my card and ask for a new one to be issued.

888-787-0973 called claiming they were from Hancock Whitney bank trying to collect on a debt. They were asking for our Accounts Payable department. They asked us to call back.

trying to get info and needing to talk regarding my account - I told them I needed verification that they were from the bank so they told me I could call my bank and give them this number and my name and then call them back once this was verified ( bank has no record of this at all) beware of caller (when calling back number the recording is hancock whitney bank
