same thing he said i will be served tomorrow since i wont pay the 900 we agreed on which i never agreed to i asked him for a valadation of debt he wanted to send it to me through email i said no through regular mail he said but that wont work you need to pay the 900 i said to him that i reported them to the atrtorney general, this supposed debt is over 10 years old, I dont understand how he had all my information. scammers

Just got a call from unknown to call the above number and gave me a tracking number, to get served court papers to a subpoena for a complaint against me, I called the number and it was for a usbank account from 10 years ago they threatened to garnish my checks 50% or put a lean on my car they knew all my information how many payments I had left on my car where I worked lived my social everything

Got a call from an unknown number stating they were trying to serve me with papers... seemed to be highly confused that I Was not at home and hey called me on my cell phone. Was told to call the number above with a case number and then I could get information . Called and was told this was or a debt to US Bank ( which I did have.... 11 years ago paid off OVER 6 years ago ) Was threatened to have my name entered in the the chexsystem And threatened to be taken to court. ben tho I told them the debt had been paid 6 years ago. They said they were from Kleinman & Berg Associates. They have violated colorado and federal law at this point .
