Flirting tips and it says my cell phone account will be charged $9.99/month for 3 flirting tips a week. Also, more texts have come in than listed above but I erased them without realizing they were never going to stop. It says I have to call a number and request stop but on line sites say that doesn't work.

AT&T and all carriers are complicit in this scam by allowing this to continue. While they refunded the two months of 9.99/mo fees I was charged, and offered to put a pin system in place to ensure automatic/scam subscriptions dont take place in the future, they should be required to put this in place upon signing up for their service. The fact that they dont shows that the money they appearantly share in is worth the amount of complaints and time required to service these complaints.

love tips and claimed I had ALREADY been billed for a service I knew nothing about. I asked that it be taken off my phone bill and was told that I would have to obtain a paper check from them. the customer service indicated that I had been billed $9.99 already though it was in no way authorized by me.
