I started receiving text messages from them out of no where. I replied stop to unsubscribe. After that I got messages from other numbers for H&R Block and started getting phone calls... Pssh... This just makes me want to NOT use their service.

It was H&R block wanting me to take a 2 minute, 7 question survey. Answering each of the following questions on a scale from 1-4:
#1) I received a friendly greeting upon entering the office.
#2) My tax professional explained everything so I understood.
#3) My tax professional cared about my tax situation.
#4) My tax professional had the knowledge to do my taxes accurately.
#5) The office clean and comfortable.
#6) My tax professional asked me to refer my friends and family
#7) I plan on returning to H&R Block next year.
then asked if I wanted to leave a voice comment.

They called me 3 times today before I called them back and completed the survey. I just got my taxes done yesterday. So hopefully they will quit calling now.
