Same thing as above. Automated call, but because they did not ask for any information or vice versa, It may be real.

I too have Bank of America, but I logged in and there was no strange activity or notices.

I got a call from this number and they said I had a security issue with my business card and that they had changed the number and were sending me a new card because a batch of cards were compromised by being used at a certain online vendor.

I went to the Bank of America site and sure enough, it was real. And yesterday I got my replacement card. So don't be so quick to assume that everything is a scam. Just don't ever click any links in an email, or call back a number that is left on a voice mail. Go to the website and find the number or call the number on your card to find out it if is real.

i also got the same call as joey, called my cell phone about my business account, my business accounts dont have my cellphone number though! i called her back from a blocked number and first thing they ask your account number. i asked what company and she said card services. through FIA she finally said but they take care of multiple companies. i asked if i gave her my account number what would be the next questions and she said there would be some security questions. this is very high level professional phishing. she even offered her name Anne Karloski very quickly and was saying if you dont believe me i advise you to call your credit card at the number on the back of the card. they are a very laid back non pushy make you feel comfortable scammer!

got a very generic robo-call implying that my credit card info had some kind of security issue. they didn't ask me to call anyone, go to a web site, etc. they told me if i had questions to call the number on the back of my card, and i would be receiving a new card in the mail and to activate it when i go it. i then called the bank that would have the phone number that was called and they had no indications of anything going on with any of my accounts.

so i'm not sure what is going on. but something is odd with this number. i called them back and "fraud services" answered. may be the beginning of something bad...

Scam. I called back and the person answered FIA card services, he claimed they rep many banks but it probably would be Bank of America. I hung up. I do have bofa, but I just did an online chat and my accounts are fine. Beware.
