Someone called claiming to be from AT&T doing a customer satisfaction survey. When asked for the order number, they said they didn't have one and just needed to know about "the last one" (we had 2 service calls the day they were asking about) They gave us (888)805-2694 to call and verify that they were from AT&T. We called AT&T Repair Services today to ask them if they use "Market Strategies". The representative I spoke with said that they do out source their satisfaction surveys, but that if it was indeed them, that it would be an automated service not a live person that would be calling. He said to report this situation to the AT&T General Number 1(800)288-2020

Person claiming to be from AT&T but caller ID said Sprint. I did not answer survey, and will not answer it.. She told me I could call 888.805.2694 to verify it was AT%T.

I received a call from this number as "unknown," and a woman told me that she is calling on behalf of AT&T to conduct survey of their studies. I have asked how I can verify you are calling from or for AT&T, and she told me that she is calling from Marketing Strategy and her name is Stacy. After I asked one more time on verification, she gave me 888-805-2694 to call. I wasn't so convinced with her way of talking, so I didn't take any survey and hung up.
