Called, said name was Marvin Chico? and was from Ascension Point needing to talk to person responsible for financial estate of xxxxxxx (deceased relative) and asked tor return call if not that person. Number left to call was 888-806-9073 from number 1-866-420-8101. Did not answer or reply. I do not answer phone calls if I don't recognize the number or person calling. Was not a robocall but from person who identified himself as I said before as Marvin Chico from ascension Point. The relative's estate was not my responsibility.

This company called to collect from my DECEASED niece and during a pandemic! The woman said, I am calling to see who handles financial matters for the DECEDENT.... I will NEVER pass on this number to the family... HOW insanely heartless....

My step daughter of less than 2 years received a call wanting to know who was in charge of my mom's estate. I knew it was a scam do I am not even going to bother calling them back.

This company called my house phone and my cell phone, didn't answer either one, but I did find out that one of my husband's credit cards reported to the credit agencies that he is deceased, he not, his dad who had the same name only he was Sr. has been dead for 12 years now.

first call was a women calling, next day man called, today July 21 I received a letter saying the same thing, it was dated July, 13 included a NC permit # they were looking for the person responsible for paying any outstanding bills from the decedent's estate they are to contact their office at 888-806-9073 Rheta

My father passed 19 years ago, and all depts. were settled prior to his passing. Now, 7/18/2017, I received a mail from this bogus business saying that my father has an outstanding dept, but they do not say what, and I will have to call them to find out and also give them my name, as I inherited my father's estate. I will file their letter under t for trash!!!

My mother received a call today asking about my husbands father. Why in the hell they are calling my mom, who has no relation to him whatsoever, and how in the hell did they get her phone number????? I am absolutely disgusted in this "company" and the scams they are pulling on familys of the deceased.

Since I lost my husband I've calls from this place. I do not have any control of his estate but they don't understands why. I have given them the attorney's name that is in charge. They have continued to call. However, I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know. These people are "trash" in my book. When someone has lost a love one, they don't need this type of calls. If they continue to call, I am going to give them an ear full of ####### !

They've called several times during every day for several months, a couple of times left messages. They are Ascension Point, calling about "financial matters". I don't answer such calls. Nobody should do business over the phone, just like nobody should do business on the street. Not nowadays.

They called me this morning, asking to speak to "the person responsible for the financial obligations of the late XXX" (my brother who passed away in May). I told them that his mail is going to his son, and gave them his number. What I didn't say is that my brother was no longer married, so legally no one else is responsible for his past bills. I'm sure my nephew will tell them that.
