Yes I received a call from Ms. Sullivan from 888-814-8696 X323. When I called, I was informed by Ms. Freedman that Ms. Sullivan called me because of a civil complaint filed on me. This upset me as I worked as a legal secretary for over 20 years and I know that ANY Civil Complaint has to be served on ANY named defendant. So, when I told her that I haven't been served with ANY Complaint and that when and if I am served with ANY Compliant that I WILL DEFINITELY FILE AN ANSWER. She then told me that she is not going to argue with me and that she's just going to refer my file back to Legal and then hung up on me. IT IS RATHER UPSETTING TO RECEIVE A CALL SAYING THAT A CIVIL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST YOU! Also, for those people who have been THREATENED WITH JAIL, please know that in order for a person to serve any JAIL TIME, a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT must be filed against the person, so WHAT A FAKE!!!!

These people called and left threatened messages, saying I
Had a fraud case against me, and that I better have my attorney to contact them or I was going to jail for fraud. They also left my ssn on my answering machine.

Company called Credit Recovery Services, the person I talked to was Paul Vincent. This is a scam. They tell you they represent attorneys who are going to sue you due to an unpaid payday loan. They of course tell you that you can keep from being sued by settling with them over the phone. They threaten to serve you with papers, but if you are really being sued, they don't call and tell you first. They are trying to scare you into giving them money.

This number is harassing my daughter by call incessantly and she is very upset.They left a message with threats about lawsuits.
