These people claim I owe over 1,600$ from 2010 to this day for a apt I lived at for 4 months... I've been in prison for the past 5 year. How can I have nicor if I'm in prison?

ADT is given this number to make payments, we call ADT like 10 times , told them we know this is an Scan, and they keep saying this is the only way to make payments, we has a creadit card for automatic payments with ADT, for unkown reason they could not process our payments , they never call us, and send us to collection with this 888-817-1750, number.

They call routinely. The one time I was dumb enough to answer, the woman refused to ID herself or her reason for calling, but she wanted me to tell her who I was. You called me--long-standing rules of telephone courtesy make it incumbent on the caller to identify him/herself! I told her to put her business in writing and hung up. Never got a letter, either--scam, scam, scam.

Asking for personal information but would not or could not give the why, what, or any sound reason for calling and wanting information. I do not have any debt.

I have experienced the same as John and Larry. when the call is returned they won't tell you anything, they just want your information.

They called and wouldn't say who they were looking for. The first person was Chris B then transferred me to his supervisor Jeremy Walgren. They couldn't tell me anything about why they were calling but continually asked for all my information. I advised them to remove my number from their list and not to contact any longer. Total scam trying to get people's information. Don't waste time calling them back.

Calling on my work phone. I do not have unpaid debts. No name left just a reference number. Previous calls came from a utility company looking for someone with an unpaid bill they skipped out on. Someone using the number for contact with the intension of skipping and now it's been passed on to bad debt for collection.

The callers are a predatory dept collector going by McCarthy Burgess & Wolff. I have no debts, but the continue to call. When I called them back to have me removed, they asked me to verify MY name, and would not say who they were trying to contact. The cell number that they are calling me at is not listed, and I do not give it out to anyone other than family. They have a terrible record with the BBB.

Definitely a SCAM!
