Recieved a call from a local # and name on caller ID that I know. Heavy accented lady said she was so and so from Spectrum with a promotion. Asked what # she calling from, started giving me her badge #. Finally got this number from her and asked if she was calling from my home town because number is local and told her the caller ID had a different name than Spectrum. she hung up.

they called to call them back immediately and said to check my recent Consumers bill, and to call Samuel back at 888-821-8061
