Heavy accent;claimed from windows& computer needs repair. Scam? Had My CSLID #.
Yes, it is a scam. They try to get you to give remote access so they can implant malware and viruses and then charge you for 'removing' them. Microsoft will never call you to provide technical support.
I have received these calls as well and reported the number to the FTC
